To have an overview of the role that a CEO plays in driving the organizations of different nature through different contexts – Startup, Established firms, consulting, family businesses, educational institutions, NGOs. c. Learn from real life examples, how a professional evolve as a CEO. d. To have a general management outlook towards career and professional life. |
