Course Description & Objectives

Objectives: This course introduces techniques to model and solve managerial decision making problems under certainty, uncertainty, and risk. The emphasis of the course is on hands-on problem solving. Participants are expected to identifymanagerial situations amenable to the techniques introduced, solve such models, and interpret the solutions obtained to answer domain-specific questions.
