Objectives: • Understanding the key HRM systems needed for managing employee talent effectively. • Understanding the key HRM systems needed for identifying and developing employee competencies required. • Understanding the principles of the key HRM systems for managing effective superior- subordinate dyads. • Providing insights into the HRM challenges faced in managing workplace dynamics.
