Course Description & Objectives

Objective: Participants completing this course should be able to: Understand and appreciate individual, interpersonal and group dynamics within an organizational setting. Demonstrate research skills including conceptualizing, reviewing, critiquing and writing.

Pedagogy

A combination of class discussions and lectures, with an emphasis on the former, will be relied upon. Research-based readings are included for every topic and these will be discussed in the class as per the session plan. It is expected that scholars come to class prepared with a thorough perusal of the session’s readings. One of you will take charge of leading the class discussions.   The discussion leader must share his/her presentation slides in soft (via email) copy. In case you read some extra papers please share a soft copy (via email) at the beginning of the session. We will share a Moodle folder in which all submissions have to be made.
