Course Description & Objectives

Objective: This course provides doctoral students with the opportunity to apply the tools and methodologies learnt in the core curriculum to their research in the field of HRM. This course also exposes the students to latest development in the quantitative techniques in HRM. The focus of this course is to study various quantitative techniques used in processes related to employees in an organization. Apart from the organizational context, the course also looks into quantitative approaches used in the analysis of labor markets.
