Course Description & Objectives

Objectives: This course seeks to achieve the following objectives: Help the student understand the management challenges associated with developing strategies and handling the operations of companies whose activities stretch across national boundaries. Develop theoretical foundation by introducing the student to prevailing terms and concepts surrounding the complex activities of today’s Multinational Corporations (MNCs).
