Description:
Students develop the conceptual, analytical and decision-making skills and knowledge of industry’s contemporary practices needed to successfully develop and launch and management products and services. Topics include Value delivery process, product manager (PM) does and how the role varies in B2C and B2B markets, Learn about the nature, sources, and tools of customer insights , strategy for new product identification, product development, testing and launching. The course also integrates all aspects of product development and product
modification through a simulation

Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, students are able to:
1. Understand value proposition, value communication and value delivery through products
2. Understand the role of product strategy in product management
3. Learn and Implement the new product development process.
4. Learn qualitative and quantitative techniques in product development, estimating market share, importance of product features to customers.
5. Learn Agile product management, MVP and MDP
6. Product planning and road mapping
7. Learn Descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics in product management
