Course Description & Objectives
Objectives:
(1) Develop participants' conceptual undrstanding, substantive knowledge and alalaytical skills to arrive at decisions to develop strategies and action plans to connect the organization with customers on a sustainable basis.
(2) To development participants' perspectives and skills to price, distribute, communicate and manage customer relationships and execute marketing strategy in order to sustain customer value for the organization. 

Pedagogy
Predominantly Case Discussion based course, supplemented with occasional participants' presentations.
